A Russian tourist, known as "Mr. Oleg" at Phuket Airport in Thailand, has been entertaining employees with his antisocial behavior for 14 days. Two weeks ago, the Russian was spotted drunk in the waiting room, after which he was fed, dressed, nursed, and even had his eyes treated. All this time, the indifferent Russian embassy did not help its citizen, so for two weeks the 38-year-old's mother was saving money for his return ticket.
Oleg missed his flight because he got drunk before it and slept through the boarding. It should be added right away that this did not surprise the airport staff, because last year they had already met Oleg under similar circumstances, the airport's Facebook page writes (to see the photo, scroll to the bottom of the page).
In the post, the Russian tourist was openly ridiculed by publishing a photo of him without clothes and sleeping in the waiting area. By the way, the Russian had no clothes, and, according to the employees, he had urinated on his clothes.

At first, Oleg was fed by caring passers-by and employees of the Phuket airport, and later they even began to give the disgraced tourist money. He reportedly gave it to the workers and did not go to the shops because he was sure that he would again break down and have dinner with a bottle of vodka or other strong alcohol.

The airport workers' troubles did not end there. After the first few days in the waiting room, Oleg complained of pain in his eyes. He was taken to the hospital, where doctors prescribed drops.
Kind residents of the country bought them for the tourist, after which Oleh asked to put them in his eyes 4-5 times a day. After 14 days of disgrace and wandering around the airport, the tourist's family finally saved up money and bought him a ticket home.

His newfound friends came to say goodbye to the grief-stricken traveler, and he thanked them with the help of an online translator. Now Oleg is already in Russia.
Employees emphasize that they have known the tourist since 2022, when he also missed his flight and got stuck at the airport, although he spent much less time there.
We should also pay attention to how the situation is described by propagandists. One of the travel websites did not say a word about the reasons for the Russian's delay and his problem with alcohol.
