On 30th May, New Moscow in Russia reported a drone attack in the morning where it allegedly crashed into a high-rise building, causing minor damage. Later that day, sounds of "cotton" were heard in Moscow and surrounding areas. Propagandists claimed that air defence had shot down approximately a dozen UAVs, commenting on the smoke over residential areas.
Prior to this, the Kremlin had accused Ukraine of the massive drone attack. Propagandists published a video of a powerful "cotton" in the Rublevka area, claiming it was the downing of a "Ukrainian UAV" which caused Russians to panic. However, some doubted the air defence system and assumed that it was an arrival.
OBOZREVATEL reported that the Russian Federation was in panic due to the expansion of the geography of strikes, with the citizens now fearing saboteurs and missiles.
