Ingredients:
- zucchini - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 150 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 2 tbsp.
- tomatoes - 1 pc.
- mayonnaise
- herbs, salt, pepper, garlic - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut zucchini into slices and salt well.
2. Stuffing: chop greens, dice tomato, grate garlic and cheese and add mayonnaise. Mix.
4. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.
5. Wrap the filling, then dip the rolls in flour, then in the beaten eggs and fry for a few minutes on each side until cooked.
