Zucchini nuggets: a recipe for a healthy dinner dish
Zucchini can be used to make not only winter appetizers, but also warm salads for dinner and lunch, as well as stews, sautéed vegetables, caviar, and rolls. Zucchini also makes delicious pancakes, pancakes, casseroles, cutlets, and even nuggets.
- zucchini - 3 pcs
- eggs - 3 pcs
- flour - 4 tbsp
- breadcrumbs - 200 g
- hard cheese - 100 g
- salt, pepper, dry garlic - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the zucchini, add the spices, mix thoroughly.
2. Beat the eggs with the salt and mix the breadcrumbs with the grated cheese. Then roll each piece in flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs and cheese.
3. Put on a baking sheet and cook in a preheated oven at 200 C for about 20 minutes.
Serve with sour cream!
