Zucchini kebabs in 5 minutes: an easy option for a delicious dinner
In the classic version, kebabs are always made from meat: pork, chicken, veal, or lamb. But if you don't eat meat, seasonal healthy vegetables are a great alternative as they can be used to make a kebab in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1-2 pcs.
- ricotta cheese - 100 g
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut zucchini into slices. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Put a slice of cheese inside and roll it up.
3. Skewer the rolls very carefully.
4. Grill until tender.
