Zucchini casserole with cheese for an easy dinner: sharing a recipe for a delicious dish
Zucchini casserole is the best summer dish for a light lunch and dinner. To make the dish hearty, you can add any minced meat, cheese and seafood.
- zucchini - 1 pcs.
- tomato - 2 pcs.
- red pepper - 1 pc.
- green ray - bundle
- spices - to taste
- hard cheese - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash zucchini and cut into thin rings.
2. Cut the tomatoes and peppers into circles as well.
3. For the dressing mix egg, milk and sour cream.
4. Assemble the dish: place zucchini, tomato, zucchini and peppers alternately in the mold until you run out of ingredients. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with herbs and pour the dressing over. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top and bake the dish for 20-30 minutes at 180 C.
