What to cook potato chips with to make them healthy: a recipe
Everyone knows that classic potato chips, due to their high content of harmful additives and oil, are not always a good choice for those who follow a healthy diet. However, this can be easily remedied by making the snack at home and combining it with the right spices.
The recipe for low-calorie and healthy potato chips was published on the tastyselly cooking blog on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 1 pc
- olive oil - 1 tsp
- chili flakes - 1\2 tsp.
- cumin - 1\4 tsp.
- corn starch - 2 tbsp.
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes into thin slices.
2. Put the potatoes in a bowl and add the oil, flakes, cumin, starch, pepper and salt.
3. Mix well and place on a baking sheet.
4. Bake the chips at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
