Ingredients for the salad:
- raw beets - 3 medium
- boiled beans - 2 tbsp
- onion - 0.5
- garlic - 2 cloves
- ginger root - 0.5 cm
- salt and pepper - to taste
- unrefined oil - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the beets on a coarse grater.
2. Cut the onion into half rings.
3. Pass the garlic and root through a garlic press.
4. Add the beans, salt and pepper, and season with oil.
