Coffee is one of the most delicious and easy-to-make drinks that is most often drunk in the morning. It can be prepared in different ways: with spices, salt, pepper, sugar, milk, cream, cognac, and cocoa.
Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared why cocoa should be added to coffee and how it affects the taste and benefits of the drink on Instagram.
"Coffee combined with cocoa is one of the most delicious and interesting cocktails that you can easily make at home or taste in almost any cafe. In addition, researchers have proven the clear benefits of this drink for the body," Fus said.

"Cocoa powder is rich in polyphenols and natural antioxidants that reduce inflammation and protect cells from damage. This drink also reduces the risk of developing gallstones, prevents cholesterol from precipitating, and has a choleretic effect. It also improves blood circulation by stimulating the brain," the nutritionist summarized.
