  • cheese - 400 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 70 g
  • leavening agent - 0.5 tsp.
  • vanilla extract/vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
  • cream 15% - 100 ml
  • starch - 3 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

 

1. Combine all the ingredients.

2. Beat with a blender until homogeneous (there should be no lumps in the mass).

 

3. Pour the mass into a baking dish.

4. we send it to the oven heated to 190 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Baking time may be more or less, be guided by the golden crust.
