What to make with pita bread for a snack: the easiest recipe for a hearty dish
Pita bread can be used to make delicious appetizers, shawarma, pies, and even desserts. They also make healthy chips.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pita bread pie with cheese filling.
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 500 ml of kefir
- 350 g of cottage cheese
- 4-5 tbsp. l sugar (more is possible)
- 30 g of butter
- 300 g (3 pieces) of pita bread
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the kefir, eggs, cottage cheese and sugar until smooth.
2. Put the pita bread in a mold lined with parchment paper and pour the resulting mass.
3. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 C. Let the pie cool and cut.
