Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 300 g
- milk - 400 ml
- sugar - 50 g
- eggs - 3 pcs
- oil - 30 ml
- flour - 300 g
- vanilla sugar
- baking powder - 10 g
Cooking method:
1. Beat all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend in portions and bake over low heat without a lid.
3. You may need more flour, it all depends on the fat content and moisture content of the cottage cheese, the size of the eggs.
