Cook Anastasia shared on Instagram a recipe for a healthy, autumnal tea made from sea buckthorn, honey, and lemon, which you can easily make at home.
The main ingredient of the tea is healthy sea buckthorn!
Ingredients:
- sea buckthorn - 2-2.5 tbsp.
- honey - 1 tbsp (optional)
- cloves - 6-8 pcs.
- lemon - 1 pc.
- boiling water - 1 liter
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the water.
2. Wash the sea buckthorn, put it in a teapot, and mash the berries well.
3. Add honey, chopped lemon, cloves.
4. Pour the water into the teapot and stir with a spoon.
Serve sea buckthorn tea hot!
