The cook shared a recipe for a delicious tuna spread with grated hard cheese and herbs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- baguette
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 130 g
- tuna - 1 can
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- greens
- sour cream - 3 tbsp
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the baguette and dry it in a frying pan on both sides without vegetable oil.
2. Boil the eggs, grate them on a fine grater, add the tuna (drain the liquid first), chopped herbs, pressed garlic, grated cheese, salt, and pepper, season with sour cream, and mix well.
Spread on a baguette and you're ready to eat!
