Candy can be not only tasty, but also healthy. Especially if they are made at home. Such a dessert contains no flour, eggs or natural sugar. So it will be a great alternative to store-bought sweets for adults and children.

Ingredients:

  • 50 grams of oatmeal
  • 30 g nuts
  • 4-5 pcs dates
  • 3 pcs. bread rolls (you can use wheat and corn rolls)
  • 1.5 tbsp almond paste

Method of preparation:

 

1. Fry the oatmeal with nuts.

 

2. Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes.

3. Mix the bread, dates, oatmeal, nuts and almond paste in the bowl of a blender.

 

4. Form the balls.

 

5. Can be stored in the refrigerator.
