What to make from beets, except salad: a healthy snack option

- 1 beet
- 2 tbsp. seed mixture
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 100 g c/z flour
- spices (turmeric, red pepper, granulated garlic)
1. Boil the beets. You can use the microwave to do this.
2. Whip the cooked beets with a blender.
3. Add the seed mixture, spices, vegetable oil and flour.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
