If you made dumplings or chebureks and have some minced meat left over, don't freeze it again. You can make a very simple dish in just a few minutes. It's based on mushrooms, and don't forget the cheese.
The idea of making mushroom bolas with minced meat and cheese for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna (sugaring.ostrog.solodkaledi). You only need 4 ingredients.
Ingredients:
- champignons (large) - 10 pcs.
- minced pork - 300 g + salt, pepper, garlic
- sulguni or mozzarella cheese - 100 g
- oil
Cooking method:
1. Remove mushroom stems.
2. Put a cube of mozzarella inside each cap.
3. Cover the top with minced meat.
4. First roll in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs.
5. Put the mushrooms on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
6. Drizzle with olive oil.
7. Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
