What to cook from rice for dinner in 20 minutes: a recipe for a hearty and tasty dish
Rice is a product that can be used to make a dish for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It also makes delicious milk porridges, casseroles, puddings, sushi, risotto, pilaf, and stuffed cabbage.
Cook Polina shared on Instagram a recipe for a rice dish with vegetables and chicken fillets, which would be a great dinner option.
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet
- onion
- zucchini
- risoni paste
- dried garlic
- spices for chicken
- salt
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the fillet into strips and add spices for chicken, salt it.
2. Fry the onion in a frying pan, add the finely chopped zucchini, and fry for 5 minutes.
3. Then add the chicken fillet and fry for another 10-15 minutes until tender.
4. Boil the rice in boiling salted water for 6-7 minutes.
5. Drain and add to the pan with the meat and vegetables, mix well, and serve.
