What to cook for dinner from potatoes and mushrooms: a recipe for a hearty and tasty dish

Potatoes and mushrooms are foods that go well together and make a hearty dish for lunch and dinner. To make the potatoes soft, be sure to bake them in the oven at 200 C only.
Cook Valeria shared a recipe for delicious baked potatoes with mushrooms and cream sauce on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 3-5 pcs.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Cheese - 70-100 g
- Mushrooms - 200-300 g
- Cream - 150-200 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- Butter - 1 pc.
- Salt / spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the potatoes into thin slices, brush with butter and put in a buttered baking dish.
2. Cut the onion into half rings and add to the potatoes. Put in the oven and cook at 180-200 C.
3. Chop the mushrooms, fry in a frying pan until golden brown, add the cream, cover and leave on low heat for 10 minutes. Pour the mushroom sauce over the potatoes and bake for another 20-30 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
The finished potatoes will be delicious both hot and cold.
