What to cook for dinner for those who are on a diet: a recipe for an easy meal from a nutritionist

Spring is the best period to unload the body after winter and nourishing, fatty meals, which are not always healthy. The best foods, according to experts, are: vegetables, fresh, salted, baked fish, chicken meat, lots of greens, butter, kefir, yogurt, fat-free cottage cheese, all cereals, seasonal fruits and berries.
Nutritionist Svetlana Fuss shared on Instagram a recipe for an easy lunch or dinner dish for those on a diet.
Ingredients:
Base: red, brown or uncooked rice (or bulgur) - 100-120 grams in ready-made form
Additional products:
- Tuna in its own juice - 120 g
- Avocado - 30 g
- Asparagus beans - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 50 gr
- Sweet pepper - 80 gr
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the rice.
2. Pass the beans in a small amount of oil. When the beans are soft, add the bell peppers cut into thin julienne strips and spices.
3. Add tomatoes 2 minutes before they become soft.
4. Arrange the dish in layers: pillow of rice, vegetables, tuna, avocado.
