If you have only 3 eggs in the fridge, you have a hearty breakfast almost ready. These products can be used to make a very basic roll. And it will taste even better if you add a few slices of cheese.
The idea of cooking a hearty three-egg breakfast was published on the Instagram page of nutritionist Olha Pins (olya_pins). This dish is also quite dietary.
Ingredients:
- 3 chicken eggs
- 30 g of cheese
- dill and a little salt
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the eggs into whites and yolks.
2. Add a little salt and chopped herbs to the whites.
3. Mix the yolks until smooth.
4. Heat a frying pan.
5. Lubricate a little with oil.
6. Put all the yolks on it.
7. Put cheese on one side and start wrapping the roll.
8. Add the egg whites in two turns and continue rolling.
