What to cook for breakfast: a hearty dish of pita bread and eggs
Thin pita bread is the basis for many different appetizers and even desserts. You can wrap any filling in it, or fry it with eggs and cheese. This is a delicious recipe for breakfast or a snack.
Food blogger Oksana Dorosh (oksana_dorosh_rezeptu) shared a recipe for a delicious breakfast of pita bread and eggs on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- milk - 100 ml
- hard cheese - 100 g
- pita bread
- spices
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs with milk and spices.
2. Grate the cheese and chop the herbs. Add it to the egg mass. Mix well.
3. Cut the pita bread randomly and add to the mass. Stir to combine.
4. Pour the resulting mass into the pan and cook under the lid on both sides.
