Eggs can be used to make many delicious dishes, from scrambled eggs and omelets to shakshuka and poached eggs. The healthiest cooked eggs are those in which the yolk remains liquid after cooking.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious and healthy shakshuka with vegetables, cheese, and herbs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Tomatoes - 4-5 pcs.
- Sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
- Feta
- Butter
- Parsley
- Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Dice the tomatoes and peppers. First, fry the pepper a little in a large amount of butter, then add the tomatoes.
2. Once the juice from the tomatoes has evaporated, add the eggs. Season with salt and pepper and cover with a lid.
3. When the eggs are cooked, add the cheese and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
