What delicious dessert to make with frozen strawberries: no baking required
It's time to use up the strawberries you froze in the summer. The berries can be used to make a very basic and delicious dessert that you don't even have to bake. You only need 5 ingredients.
The idea of making a no-bake soufflé from frozen strawberries was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname cook_with_me_at_home. It can be eaten immediately after freezing.
Recipe for strawberry soufflé

Ingredients:
- frozen strawberries - 300 g
- sugar - to taste
- drinking yogurt (without additives) - 300 g
- gelatin - 8 g
- water - 50 ml
Method of preparation:

1. Pour gelatin into water, mix and set aside for 5 minutes. Then dissolve it in a water bath and let it cool.

2. Meanwhile, beat thawed strawberries with sugar. Add yogurt and beat well until bubbly.

3. While continuing to beat, carefully pour gelatin and beat well again until smooth.
