  • sour cream - 800 g
  • sugar - 200 g
  • vanilla sugar - 1 pack (16 g)
  • thickener - 1-2 p (as needed)

Method of preparation:

1. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to sour cream and beat until a thick, fluffy mass is formed.

2. If the sour cream is of low-fat content and the cream does not whip, add a thickener.

  • cream 33% - 300 g
  • powdered sugar - 100 g

Method of preparation:

1. Put cold cream and cold cream cheese in a bowl and add powdered sugar.

2. Beat at low speed with a mixer, increasing the speed until the cream becomes thick.

3. Ingredients for the cream with boiled condensed milk:

  • cream cheese - 400 g
  • boiled condensed milk - 400 g

Method of preparation:

1. Combine cream cheese and boiled condensed milk (at the same temperature).

2. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
