Versatile cherry sauce for meat: lasts all winter
Seasonal cherries - an excellent ingredient not only for making sweet jam, but also for a delicious spicy sauce for meat. It contains spices as well as garlic. The tanginess and slight sourness will perfectly complement a burger or homemade sausage.
- pitted cherries - 1 L.
- sugar - 10-12 tbsp.
- salt - 1 tbsp.
- curry - 1/2 p.
- paprika - 1 tsp.
- chili pepper - 1/8 tsp.
- garlic - 2 cloves
Method of preparation:
1. Place the cherries and spices (except the garlic) in a saucepan.
2. Put on medium heat and cook after boiling for 20 minutes.
4. Add the crushed garlic.
6. Beat with a blender and boil again after boiling for 20 minutes.
7. Close in sterilized jars.
