Useful baked apples with berries: tastier than any dessert
Apples are the healthiest fruit that can be eaten by everyone and in any form. Experts recommend eating them raw or baked. They will be delicious with cottage cheese, nuts, berries, and honey.
Cook Vladlena shared a recipe for delicious baked apples with berries and maple syrup on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- apples - 4 pcs.
- berries - 100-200 g
- coconut oil - 1 tbsp.
- maple syrup - 2 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C and grease the mold with coconut oil.
2. Wash the apples, remove the core and place them in a baking dish.
3. Brush the bottom of the apples with coconut oil and fill with berries. Drizzle maple syrup over the top. Bake for 20-15 minutes until the apples are crusty.
