Method of preparation:
1. First, cut apples into thin slices.
2. Then put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment. They should be laid out in a single layer. Dry the slices in the oven at 80 degrees. As for the time, it all depends on the texture you want to get. For crispy chips, you need to dry the apples for 1 hour 30 minutes, for softer ones, 40 minutes will be enough.
3. Remove the chips from the oven and serve with cinnamon and honey.
