Ingredients

  • turkey fillet - 500 gr
  • mango - 1 pc
  • broccoli - 300 gr
  • cashew nuts - 70 gr
  • soy sauce - 6 tbsp
  • oil - 3 tbsp
  • ginger root - 1.5 tsp
  • salt
  • pepper
  • favorite spices

Method of preparation

1.Cut turkey fillet and mango into cubes and divide broccoli.

2. Put into a bowl, add nuts, soy sauce, oil, grated ginger, salt, pepper and spices. Stir to combine.

3. Transfer to a baking dish and bake in a 180-degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
