Tuna, avocado and cherry tomato salad: a dish for light breakfast
A light tuna salad will be a great addition to a nutritious lunch. It can also replace a full breakfast and fill your body with energy for the whole day ahead.
The recipe for this extraordinary tuna salad was shared by food blogger Yulia Honcharova. On her Instagram, she said that this salad won not only her heart but also her stomach.
Ingredients
- cucumbers - 1 pc.
- cherry tomatoes - 2-4 pcs.
- onion - 1 pc (medium size)
- avocado - ½ pc.
- lemon juice - 1 tsp.
- greens - to taste
- canned tuna - 1 can
- salt
- mixture of peppers
- olive oil - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation
1. Cut all the vegetables into small cubes. Mix in a separate bowl.
2. Add tuna and pepper mixture to taste.
3. Add the rest of the spices and season with lemon juice and olive oil. Stir and serve immediately.
