Homemade ice cream cannot be compared to store-bought ice cream. If you make this summer dessert yourself, you can be sure of the quality of the product. Besides, it's very basic, because you only need 3 simple ingredients.
The idea of making homemade strawberry ice cream from three ingredients is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Halyna (cooking_with_gala).
Ingredients:
- strawberries – 250 g
- cream 30% – 400 ml
- condensed milk – 120 g
Cooking method:
1. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
2. Add condensed milk.
3. Blend the strawberries and pour them into the mass.
4. Mix thoroughly.
5. Put in a plastic container and put in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
