Potatoes are a simple, budget-friendly, very healthy and tasty product that can be the basis for many delicious and satisfying dishes. It is used to make mashed potatoes, soups, zrazy, salads, roasts, pies, pancakes, and casseroles. It can also be deliciously fried with mushrooms, as well as stewed in the oven with vegetables and spices.

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 2 pcs.
- meat - 600 g
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- mushrooms - 400 g
- sweet pepper - 1 pc.
- tomato paste - 3 tbsp
- water - 300 ml
- greens - to taste
- salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Cut pork into large cubes, vegetables as you wish and onions in half rings.
2. Pour oil into a deep frying pan and fry the pork for a few minutes. Then add onions and carrots to the pan, stir and fry for a few minutes.
3. Then add peppers and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, add other spices, mix well, cover for a few minutes and simmer over low heat.
4. Cut potatoes and add to the pan. Stir. Pour water, cover and simmer until tender.
Sprinkle the cooked potatoes with parsley or other herbs.
