The easiest summer cake without baking

Cookies are the perfect product for making delicious, lazy desserts. It is used to make delicious pies and even cakes.

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and very easy cookie cake with kiwi and bananas.

Ingredients:

• sour cream - 500 g
• powdered sugar - 100 g
• vanilla - a pinch
• cookies - 200 g
• banana and kiwi (or other favorite fruits)
• gelatine - 15 g (+50 ml of water)

Method of preparation:

1. Dilute gelatine in water and leave for 15 minutes.

2. Mix sour cream, powdered sugar and vanillin. Add melted gelatine and mix well.

3. Add diced fruit and cookies, mix and place in a mold covered with cling film and put in the refrigerator until set.

You can sprinkle with cocoa before serving!
