How to salt redfish at home

Redfish sandwiches are a classic appetizer for the New Year's table. It will be very tasty and safe if you salt the fish at home. This way you can be sure of the quality of the product and spend a minimum of money.

The idea of cooking the simplest version of salted red fish was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Diana Domovych (diana.domovych). For this method, you need only 3 ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of redfish
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp. salt

Method of preparation:

1. Mix salt and sugar.

2. Rub the fish on all sides.

3. Place in a container in the refrigerator overnight.

4. Drain off the liquid and rinse lightly.

5. Dry with paper towels.

6. Can be cut and used for cooking.
