The easiest recipe for delicate coconut dessert without baking

If you want to make a quick and delicious dessert without baking, choose crackers or other shortbread cookies for this. The cream is best made with custard.

Culinarian Tati shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious dessert made of crackers with delicate cream and coconut shavings.

Ingredients:

• eggs - 3 pcs.
• starch - 20 g
• condensed milk - 250 g
• oat milk - 360 ml
• butter - 120 g
• sweet cracker cookies - 200 g
• coconut shavings - 80 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix eggs with starch until homogeneous for a cream. Add condensed milk and mix. Pour milk and stir again. Put on a stove over medium heat and stir until thick. Cover with cling film and leave to cool.

2. Beat soft butter for 1 minute. Transfer the warm cream to the butter and mix. Add 40g coconut shavings and mix again.

3. Place cookie cream into the mold in 4 layers.

4. Sprinkle coconut shavings on top and place in the refrigerator overnight.
