Ingredients:
- flour - 80 g
- sour cream - 2 tbsp
- butter - 70 g
- sugar - 70 g
- cocoa - 2 tbsp.
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- egg - 1 pc.
The filling:
- cottage cheese - 450-500 g
- egg - 2 pcs.
- butter - 50 g
- corn starch - 1 tbsp.
- sugar - 90 g
Method of preparation:
1. For the dough, add sugar to the butter at room temperature and beat until dissolved. Add the egg and beat again.

2. Add sifted flour with cocoa and baking powder and mix well.

3. For the curd mass, mix all the ingredients and beat with a blender until smooth.
Cottage cheese mass
4. Put the dark mass into the baking dish covered with parchment, then the curd mass, mix 2 spoons of the dark and curd mass separately and put it on top of the curd layer.
Preparation
5. Bake for 35 minutes at 180 C.
