Ingredients:
- Beets - 2 pcs.
- Canned green peas - 100 g
- Processed cheese - 1 pc.
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves.
- Mayonnaise - 40 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 1 pinch
- Green onions for serving - 1-2 feathers
Method of preparation:
1. Boil or bake the beetroot, peel and grate with garlic and melted cheese.
2. Finely chop the onion.
3. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, add mayonnaise, onion, spices, mix and eat.
