The nutritionist shared a recipe for delicious stuffed eggs with a healthy beetroot filling and herring on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 4 boiled eggs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 g of onions
- 1 baked beetroot
- 1 tsp. of French mustard
- 0.5 tsp of salt
- green onions
- herring
Method of preparation:
1. Put the yolks, onion, garlic, mustard, and beets in a blender bowl and beat until smooth.
2. Fold the mixture into the egg whites.
3. Garnish with green onions, red onions and herring on top.
