Tastier than "Olivier": a hearty chicken salad with grapes
Chicken fillet is an ideal product for making appetizers, chops, cutlets, and salads. It is worth noting that the fillet goes well with all vegetables, spices and fruits.
- fillet - 1 pc
- hard cheese - 100 g
- onion - 1/2 pc
- eggs - 2 pcs
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the fillet and cut it into cubes along with the eggs.
2. Dice the cheese and onion.
3. Combine the cheese, fillet, onion, eggs and grapes in a bowl, add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Stir and salad is ready to eat!
