Tastier than Mimosa: an easy five-ingredient fish salad for dinner
Fish salads are always lighter than meat salads, but no less satisfying. For such dishes, it is best to choose tuna.
Cook Inna shared a recipe for a delicious salad with tuna, boiled eggs and rice on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Canned tuna - 1 b
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Rice (raw) - 1/2 cup
- Processed cheese - 1 pc.
- Egg - 1 pc.
Additional ingredients:
- Mayonnaise
- Green onions
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the tuna with a fork and put it on the first layer.
2. Put the cooked cooled rice on top and spread with mayonnaise.
3. Put the melted cheese on top and spread with mayonnaise.
4. Put the grated egg, brush with mayonnaise.
Sprinkle the salad with chives and eat it up!
