Tastier than Mimosa: a light salad with tuna, eggs and cheese for a festive table
Tuna in oil can be used to make delicious appetizers, salads, and tartlet fillings. It can also be added to pie fillings.
The cook shared a recipe for a light salad made with tuna, fresh cucumbers, onions, and eggs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- canned tuna - 150 g
- boiled eggs - 3-4 pcs.
- hard cheese - 80-100 g
- cucumbers - 4 pcs.
- red or ordinary onions - 1 pc.
For the dressing:
- mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp.
- mustard - 1 tsp.
- pepper - 1/3 or 1/4 tsp (to taste)
- salt - 1/3 tsp (to taste)
Method of preparation:
1. Cut all the ingredients into cubes. Mash the tuna with a fork.
2. Mix everything for the sauce.
3. Add the sauce to the salad and mix.
