Tastier than crab one: hearty rice salad with mussels

Rice can be the main ingredient for making porridge, pilaf, delicious salads and pudding.

The cook shared a recipe for a very satisfying and tasty rice salad with eggs, mussels and onions on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • mussels - 300 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • rice - 70 g
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
  • corn - 200 g
  • onion
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Boil and cool rice. Boil eggs and cut them into cubes.

2. Peel and rinse mussels. Rinse corn too.

3. Combine corn, rice, mussels, eggs and chopped green onions in a bowl. Season with salt and mayonnaise.
