Tastier than any spread: an easy tuna appetizer for the holiday table

Tuna can be used to make delicious and light salads, as well as spreads, appetizers, and pate. It goes well with vegetables, herbs, olives, any cheese, iceberg, corn, eggs, and onions.
Cook Olha shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and very easy-to-prepare tuna appetizer with onions and eggs.
Ingredients:
- tuna in its own juice – 2 b
- eggs – 4 pcs.
- blue onion – 1 pc.
- parsley – a bunch
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- salt, pepper
- baguette
- olives – for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs and cut them into cubes.
2. Drain the tuna and add it to the eggs. Add finely chopped onion and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste, season with mayonnaise and mix.
3. Put a bowl in the middle of the plate and form a whisk around it.
4. Take out a bowl and put the dried baguette in it. Garnish with herbs and olives on top.
