Apples are very affordable, tasty and healthy fruits that can be eaten raw and baked. They can also be used to make jam, marshmallows, jelly, purees for children, juices, pie fillings, and delicate puddings.

Ingredients:
- apples - 4 pcs.
- cottage cheese - 200 g
- honey - 4 tbsp. l
- smoked prunes - 100 g
- vanilla
- nuts - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add 1 tbsp of honey, vanilla and chopped prunes to cottage cheese. Mix until smooth.
2. Roast nuts, peel them if necessary and chop them. Add the remaining honey.
3. Cut off the "cap" from the apples, make punctures with a toothpick in several places (so that they do not crack) and fill with a delicious cottage cheese filling.
4. Bake at 180 C for about 20 minutes.
