Sugar-free healthy homemade nutella from budget products that do not need to be boiled
Nutella is a very tasty sweet spread that can be an alternative to any dessert. It can be prepared with or without milk, as well as with nuts, dried fruits and even plums.
Blogger Natalia shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious and healthy homemade nutella, which is made without sugar, milk and flour.
Ingredients:
- tofu cheese - 300 g
- raw nuts - 100 g
- apricots - 7 pcs.
- cocoa powder - 3 tbsp.
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp.
- sweetener (add as desired)
Preparation method:⠀
1. Wash apricots and pour boiling water over for 10 minutes.
2. Put cheese in a blender, add apricots, cocoa, nuts, sweetener and vanilla and beat everything thoroughly with a blender for 5-7 minutes.
3. Transfer to a glass jar and place in the refrigerator.
