If you want to prepare a very simple but hearty and delicious dish, the perfect option will be stuffed peppers with chicken fillet and cheese.

Culinarian Yana shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious stuffed peppers that would make a great lunch and dinner dish.

Ingredients:

  • pepper - 10 pcs.
  • chicken fillet - 200 g
  • feta cheese - 100 g
  • hard cheese or mozzarella - 50 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • cream or sour cream
  • cream cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Boil fillet in salted water until tender and cut into cubes. Peel peppers and cut into two pieces.

2. Place the fillet on the peppers and pour cream cheese and cream sauce over. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 C until the peppers are soft.

3. Grate mozzarella and sprinkle it on top. Place feta on top and bake again for a few minutes until the mozzarella is melted. Add ground pepper when serving.
