For example, food blogger vistovska_cooking shared a recipe for eggs stuffed with mushrooms on her Instagram.
Ingredients:
- eggs (large) - 5 pcs.
- mushrooms - 150 g
- mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
- salt to taste
Method of preparation
1. Wash and finely chop the mushrooms, fry them in a frying pan until golden brown.
2. After boiling for 10 minutes, cut the eggs and free them from the yolk.
3. Combine the mushrooms and mashed yolks in a bowl, add mayonnaise and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly.
4. Add the mixture to the egg whites and sprinkle with green onions or dill.
