Strawberries are a great base for many desserts. The berry is moderately sweet, with a pleasant sourness, so it goes well with any dough. And if you don't have a lot of time to cook, but want to make homemade pastries, you can make delicious strawberry muffins.
The idea of making sweet muffins with strawberries was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Sofiia (cooking_by_sofi_).
Ingredients:
- eggs – 3 pcs.
- sugar – 250 g
- vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
- butter – 80 g
- flour – 370 g
- baking powder – 10 g
- milk – 140 g
- butter – 70 g
- salt – 0.5 tsp
- strawberries
Method of preparation:
1. Beat soft butter with sugar and vanilla sugar.
2. Add milk, oil, and salt to the eggs and beat with a whisk until smooth.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the oil in 2-3 passes and beat until combined.
4. Mix the flour with the baking powder. Sift in 2 passes to the mass and mix.
5. Add the sliced strawberries and mix again.
6. Arrange them into shapes.
7. Bake in a preheated oven for 190/30 minutes.
