Simple no-bake jelly dessert: served in bowls
No-bake desserts are a great alternative to a variety of baked goods. They are prepared very quickly and do not require much effort. You just need to combine the necessary ingredients and put everything in the refrigerator to harden.
The recipe for a two-layer jelly dessert without baking is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia with the nickname yulia_smachno_tyt. The mass is very tender.
Ingredients for the white layer:
- sour cream - 350 g
- condensed milk (not boiled) - 200 g
- milk - 200 ml.
- gelatin - 20 g
- water - 50 ml.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water over gelatin and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Combine sour cream, condensed milk, and regular milk.
3. Pour the melted gelatin (the main thing is that it should be at the same temperature as the rest of the mass) into the mass and mix thoroughly.
4. Pour into containers and leave in the refrigerator for an hour.
Ingredients for the chocolate layer:
- sour cream - 350 g
- powdered sugar - 3 tbsp
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- milk - 200 ml
- dark chocolate - 80 g
- cocoa - 1 tbsp
- gelatin - 20 g
- water - 50 ml.
Method for making the chocolate layer:
1. Pour water over gelatin and leave to swell.
2. Mix sour cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.
3. Pour milk into a saucepan, add chocolate and cocoa and melt over low heat.
4. Cool and add to the sour cream.
5. Add the melted chilled gelatin to this mixture, stir and pour on top of the white layer.
6. Leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).
7. Garnish with coconut flakes or grated chocolate if desired.
