How to quickly cook a delicious pizza
Ingredients:
- Yeast - 10 g
- Sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Butter - a pinch
- Water - 100 ml
- Flour - 550 g
- Milk - 300 ml
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
Filling:
- Cheese - 200 g
- Sausage - 200 g
- Corn - 3 tbsp
- Olives - 20 pcs.
- Pepper, paprika - to taste
- Greens
- Ketchup - 4 tbsp. l.
Method of preparation:
1. Dough: dissolve the yeast in water, add sugar, salt, mix, let stand.

2. Then add the eggs, add the flour, pour in the milk, melted butter, and mix. Cover the bowl with the dough with plastic wrap and leave it to rise.

3. After that, shape the dough into medium-sized pizzas, place on a baking sheet with parchment, brush with ketchup, add the filling and bake.
